Supplies needed:-
Tube of choice
Scrapkit i used was 'Down By The Seaside' which can be purchased from here
If you do not have this scrapkit please use another & use my tutorial as a guide
Template6 made by Missy, can be downloaded from her site, Divine Intentions
Font i used was Monika

- Lets get started -

Through this tut i will state the elements that i used, please use any of your own if you dont have the kit i used!

Open Missys template in psp - on the bottom layer go to image - canvas size - change to 650 x 550
Flood fill this layer with white if it leaves a transparent border around it
Delete the copyrite layer

On the bracket layer select with your magic wand - selections - modify - smooth set to 5
Copy & paste a paper as a new layer - resize if needed - selections - invert - hit delete - selections - none
Effects - texture effects - weave

dd a drop shadow - delete the original layer

Merge the top rectangle layer down into the bottom rectangle layer
Select them both with your magic wand - selections - modify - smooth set to 5
Copy & paste a paper as a new layer - selections - invert - hit delete - selections none
Add a drop shadow - delete the original layer

Copy & paste the lifesaver as a new layer - resize so that its the same size as the circle layer
With your magic wand select the middle of the lifesaver - selections - modify - expand by 5
Copy & paste a paper as a new layer - selections - invert - hit delete - selections none
Move this below the ring layer - add a drop shadow to the lifewsaver - delete the circle layer

Copy & paste your tube as a new layer - resize if needed - add a drop shadow

Copy & paste the lighthouse as a new layer - resize
Position to the right of your lifesaver - add a drop shadow

Copy & paste the beach border as a new layer - resize
Position at the bottom of your tube - add a drop shadow
Copy & paste the blue ric rac as a new layer - resize
Position at the bottom of your beach border - add a drop shadow
Erase parts of the border that overhang the bracket

Copy & paste the log post as a new layer - resize
Position to the left of your bracket - add a drop shadow - image - mirror
Copy & paste the anchor as a new layer - resize - add a drop shadow
Position - image - rotate - free rotate by 20
Copy & paste the boat as a a new layer - resize - add a drop shadow - position

Copy & paste any other elements from the kit as new layers - resizing & positioning around your tag
Add drop shadows

With your font add your name - add a drop shadow

Also add the correct copyrite for the artist you used
Save your tag!

Done!
